Tom has spent most of his career in Engineering in a variety of industries. During that time, he took an interest in Real Estate, and began learning and working with clients. He quickly learned that most Realtors don’t put much effort into distressed properties Or distressed owners. This slowly became his niche in the industry.
Tom’s been negotiating with banks since 2005 and find this much more rewarding than Engineering. And, now TJ has joined the team!
Tom’s plan is to continue helping distressed owners and executors with their Real Estate challenges, hoping to help people regain their lives again and move on. He currently receives referrals from Realtors, Attorney’s and Title companies asking to help their clients — Tom and his son TJ are honored to receive their trust and confidence.
